Three days to finish North Dakota and cross most of Minnesota had some excellent riding. I went south on I 29 to avoid bad weather. It worked but at the price of a strong headwind. I think the diagonal might be a better idea, all other things being equal. The morning from Long Prairie to the Mississippi River was as nice as any segment on the entire tour. The prior afternoon from Parker’s Prairie to Long Prairie was almost as nice.
